Each Saltstride style has its own cut and measurement chart. Compare the chart for the garment you are viewing rather than assuming one size fits the same across the collection.
Measure a piece you already wear
- Lay a similar garment flat without stretching it.
- Compare its length, flat chest or waist width, and other listed measurements with the product chart.
- Choose the fit you prefer, allowing extra room for a relaxed silhouette where appropriate.
The supplier charts list garment measurements. A flat chest or waist width is not a full body circumference. Where inches and centimeters are both shown, either unit can be used.
Activewear
The Contour Yoga Tank runs smaller than standard according to its supplier. The leggings, biker shorts and halter bra use supplier numeric size labels; those labels should not be assumed to match another brand’s US or UK size system. Use the measurements on each product page.

Physical samples are being arranged to review fit, comfort, support and print finish. We have not independently verified high-impact support, stretch opacity or wash performance.
